Because most of our items are personalized, returns are not accepted unless CALM Creative Design is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you; therefore, if you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us at support@calmcreativedesign.com.
Refunds and/or changes on custom items will not be given once the order is in production.
CALM Creative Design is not responsible for errors that were included in the submitted wording from the client and no refunds/exchanges will be given due to such errors.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds or replacement will not be sent after 5 days of receiving the order.
CALM Creative Design can create a wide variety of embroidery designs, including logos, monograms, custom artwork, and more. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their embroidery designs are exactly what they envision.
CALM Creative Design can embroider a variety of items, including hats, shirts, jackets, bags, and more. We can also embroider on items that you provide, or we can source items for you if necessary.
Turnaround time for embroidery orders depends on the size and complexity of the order. We work closely with our clients to estimate turnaround times and ensure that orders are completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.
Unfortunately after the package has left our facility, it is out of our control. We will not replace it or investigate. Please contact your USPS, UPS or FedEX for further information.

Your handmade quilt is meant to be USED! Using it is the best way to keep it fresh.
If you need to wash it occasionally, follow these instructions:
SPOT CLEAN: For small spots, hand wash that section with a damp cloth and a gentle, non-bleach detergent.
MACHINE WASH: For full wash, use gentle cycle with cold water; tumble dry low heat until damp and then line dry.
Clip any loose threads. DO NOT pull them.
